Digital Printing

While the majority of Mcloone’s custom decals, pressure sensitive labels, and vinyl decals are screenprinted, Mcloone’s investment in digital printing gives our customers an additional advantage when it comes to prototypes and short-run orders.

Metal labels and nameplates are still screenprinted, but lightweight identity graphics like self-adhesive vinyl decals and pressure sensitive labels can now be digitally printed bringing you the following advantages:

• Prototypes: Digitally printing your custom decals and product labels allows Mcloone to efficiently create prototypes for customers. This means that your product development teams can now get custom labels and vinyl decals whenever necessary for that special project they’ve been working on. Doesn’t matter if it’s one label or a dozen, digital printing is perfect for these kinds of situations.
• Short-runs: Traditionally, screen-printing companies have a very difficult time producing cost effective short-run orders of custom decals and vinyl graphics, but not at Mcloone. Short-run orders are our specialty!
