Direct Sales Representative

POSITION SUMMARY

This position is responsible for developing and growing B2B sales in defined territory to increase revenue and grow market share.  Responsibilities include building key customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, and maintaining extensive knowledge of our industry and market conditions to acquire sales and add to customer base.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 4+ years of experience in printing industry with knowledge of metal graphics preferred
  • Successful B2B commercial printing sales experience a plus – experience in consultative sales, diagnosing client needs, presentations, time management, client retention and problem-solving
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Strong negotiation and forecasting skills
  • Strong written and verbal skills and be highly proficient in building and presenting recommendations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
  • A creative thinker with excellent customer service and organization skills; and the ability to build strong relationships and exercise excellent follow-up
  • Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Be professional, outgoing and friendly with the ability to adapt sales techniques and presentations to fit the client

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Make in person sales calls to develop customer relationships with existing customers with an emphasis on new client acquisition to meet established sales quotas and revenue goals.
  • Research customers and problem-solve to make specific recommendations to satisfy customers current and future needs.
  • Collaborate with internal team members on a regular basis to ensure customer retention.
  • Must be willing and able to travel 60% of the time
  • Perform necessary reporting; formulating itinerary/sales call planning, annual forecasting and business development. Submitting customer correspondences through price quotes, follow-up calls and/or e-mails.
  • Research and develop lists of potential customers including strategy to target accounts with a written plan of action.
  • Evaluate, document and report customer satisfaction with products. Simultaneously, resolving problems with products for continued satisfaction and continued sales must be a priority.

Fabrication Utility Worker

POSITION SUMMARY
This position performs a variety of duties in a number of departments on a daily, weekly or monthly basis, depending on production needs of the company. Working under the direction of the Fabrication Manager. Has a range of knowledge of all areas of production. Exhibits ability to undertake duties without causing any disturbances within assigned departments.

Marketing and Content Specialist

POSITION SUMMARY
Hands-on management of day to day Marketing activities. Strategic market planning, including corporate positioning, market and competitive analysis, customer segment selection and penetration plans, and related product positioning.  Responsible for implementing McLoone’s content and social media strategy, developing brand awareness, online engagement and traffic.  Prepare content about industry related topics using Hub Spot and WordPress to support the inbound marketing strategy. This position researches and conducts interviews to create content that is innovative and original.  The successful individual will build a following for our brand on social media with creative work and by writing on a variety of topics for multiple platforms including websites, blogs, articles, social updates, banners, case studies, guides, etc..  Knowledge of SEO guidelines and appropriate keywords for our industry is critical.

JOB  RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Research and create marketing deliverables including whitepapers, case studies, website landing pages, newsletters, and presentations;  scripting for videos and podcasts; and other customer communications materials, e.g., email communiqués, data sheets, etc.
  • Proven work experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter or similar role
  • Ability to create concise, eye-catching and innovative headlines and body copy
  • Familiarity with web publications
  • Knowledge of HubSpot, WordPress and CRM systems
  • Excellent writing and editing skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of the nameplate or label industry
