Customer Service Rep/File Clerk
Within a team environment, serve internal and external customers’ needs through preparation, communication and follow up of the order process to customers and to production. Confers with Sales Reps, Customer Service team members, Marketing, Accounting, Production Administration and plant personnel regarding questions on orders. Maintains customer files and performs a variety of duites in the office.
