Graphic Layout Assistance
Our experienced and creative graphic artists

know what it takes to convert a design into successful company and product identification.
We are able to work in both vector (spot) and raster (process) images.

Die Cutting & Tooling
With a full-service tool and die capability, Mcloone can produce hard tooling
(blanking dies) and steel-rule and pierce dies in-house, often in less time
and always at less cost than is available from outside shops. This means you
get your product quicker, with low or no tooling cost. We also maintain all
tooling in-house, so that the die producing your product is in our possession
when you have to place that unexpected order, and it is not subject to damage
in transport to an outside shop. There are also fewer errors made when the people
making the die know your specifications from the beginning and intimately know
our cutting capabilities.
Steel rule die tolerances will be + or - .015, while blanking die (hard tooling)
tolerances will be + or -.005
Mcloone's die makers together have 102 years of experience in die making. Two
are journeymen hard tooling manufacturers, while others specialize in the manufacture
of steel rule and pierce dies. We welcome the opportunity to put our expertise

Fufillment Services
For complicated label needs, you may wish to have your labels packed in "kits"
for each unit you produce, or in custom box quantities, or custom containers.
You may also wish to have identification product shipped in specific quantities
to multiple locations to fulfill your contractual obligations. You may wish
us to act as an anonymous third party provider, as we do for many other printers.
Mcloone is flexible, with deep resources, and will work with you to perform
any special fulfillment services you may require.
